I have experinced no video from many problems
I suggest you...
clear the BIOS either with a jumper or by pulling the CMOS battery...
remake all connections IDE, agp, pci, memory
If nesseccary clean all exposed terminals with a napkin and 99%
isopropil(rubbing alchol)
Also pull out any non essientil cards
Bare bone bios test would be the motherboard ,CPU,memory,and video
card only attached, after clearing CMOS and remaking connections...
