New CVS commit log RSS feed settings

The following options have been added for project owners to
control the CVS 
commit log RSS feed:

$local_conf_commit_feed : controls whether the feed and
advertisement of the 
  feed is enabled
$local_conf_commit_feed_link : controls whether the
advertisement of the feed 
  is enabled

Currently the $local_conf_commits setting also controls
whether the feed is 
available or not; this will be disabled next Friday
(2007-10-12) in favor of 
these new settings.

The CVS commit log RSS feed has been modified so that the
local.conf variable 
$local_conf_commits no longer controls whether the link is
available or 
whether the feed works.

I've also fixed a bug where a site's custom footer could
should up inside the 
RSS feed, breaking the feed.

Thanks, this was one of the bugs we ran in with the
introduction of this 
feature.
