"save image as.." does not work

Since 2 days i have a problem with my FF Browser. The
"save image
as.." option won´t save any images. It just closes
after the klick and
no image is saved. "Normal" downloads work,
although i cannot see the
progress in the statusbar like it used to be. I tried
starting in
"save mode" with no improvements.

My Version: 2.0.0.3

Ok nevermind, i found the solution in this forum:

Close FF, then using your file manager, locate the file
downloads.rdf
which is located in the FF profile. Once found, delete it. 
Now try
again.
