Firefox on Windows - COM objects

Hi All,

I'd like to get the url of the page in the currently opened
firefox
window on Windows. For IE it's a bunch of easy COM calls.
Does the
same exist for Firefox? Is there some specification on how I
can
access a running firefox instance through COM?
