Pasting from Firefox into Excel

Hi All
I've justed started using FireFox and like it except for
one problem.
With IE I used to copy selected text from tables on the Web
(usually
bank account and credit card info) into Excel. When I pasted
the rows
in Excel everything came out reasonably well with the same
number of
rows as the original Web table.

When I do the same thing with Firefox it's as if all the
carraige
returns or end of row markers have been removed and
everything winds up
in the same Excel cell.

Is there an option or something to do to correct this?

Well I don't know if you are going to see this reply since
this is an
old post but I read somewhere just yesterday about this. The
site was
comparing IE and Firefox and IE keeps the formatting of the
copied text
while firefox does not keep the formatting. I do not think
there is
anything you can do about that. Thats just the way it is
