Graphs of CPU load and memory load

Hello,
 
i have created a mrtg.cfg which make possible monitoring
traffic generated
in the interfaces.
 
I would like to monitor, remotely via SNMP, the CPU load and
the memory
utilization of a remote Windows machine, via SNMP, and make
some MRTG
graphics from a Linux machine.
 
Have you got some mrtg.cfg examples of this configuration?
