Can't exec "mrtg"

Hello List, this time I need your support sharing to me some
advice about an issue:
This is my 4th or 5th MRTG server installation (Win 2K, Red
Hat 7.0, Fedora) and I have never been involved in this
situation, just when I tried to run a .cfg file:

[rootx01 bin]# perl mrtg OC3.cfg

Daemonizing MRTG ...

[rootx01 bin]# 2006-12-07 16:16:24: ERROR: Can't Execute
'/var/mrtg-2.15.0/bin//rateup'

*** Restarting after 10 seconds in an attempt to recover
from the error above

Can't exec "mrtg": No such file or directory at
mrtg line 368.

I really don't know what should I check...
