Graph errors on a cisco device

Is it possible to graph the errors on a Cisco switch or
router?  If so 
does anyone have the OID.

Attached is the Cisco interface cfgmaker template I use. It
has some 
Routers2 items in there that you may want to remove or
change to fit 
your needs.
