ThreshMax/ThreshMin configuration

Hello All,

I need an answer to a simple question I think.
Can the ThreshMax/ThreshMin variables be configured with an
expression
or do have to be configured with a hard value (or percentage
value)?
For example?

MaxBytes[myrouter]: 125000000
Options[myrouter]: nopercent,growright,unknaszero
ThreshMaxI[myrouter]: 125000000 /200 * 10 
ThreshMaxO[myrouter]: 125000000 /200 * 10
