I assembled the avx test program, along with an additional
form using
the extended ymmm registers
(vpermil2ps	ymm1,ymm8,ymm3,ymm15,5),
and the results seem ok, but the VEX encoding is
sufficiently
complicated that manually verifying the bits for each case
is not very
productive. I suggest that the NDISASM support needs to be
completed
before doing any further testing.
