Hello Gorkem,
It appears as if you have your best version yet with nothing major spotted here. You should hear from others as they explore what you have done. ; When you release this version, it should be a good one to fall back on as you proceed ahead with your next major changes.
I also noted that the file names for saving user/psw is taking on the source name as well.
I would like to suggest one more small fix before moving on. I have the FTP port range set to start at 10000. Netstat shows the actual FTP ports at much below that value. It appears as if the 1024 may be 'hard cored' in the program and/or is not being adjusted by the user's input value.
