NETFile FTP/Web Server 8.3 R

I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem since the upgrade or if I'm missing something. I upgraded this afternoon and restarted as normal. When I checked my domains, each one was showing the 'Default' page and not their designated paths. I checked the GUI and all looks fine - domains are still correct, individual paths for each still Ok, everything in the GUI as before. Now, I use the Wildcard method(*.mydomain.com) for all of my main domains and secondary domains are seperate. I noticed the secondary domains, those with specific DNS entries (Members.mydomain.com) worked fine. So, It looks like Wildcard paths are no longer working, or am I doing something wrong? I've temporarily rolled back to the previous non-beta version and all is fine once again. Any ideas folks? Thanks.
