Subject: [NFServer] Problems with downloading
Hello there,
I am currently experiencing some problems NFServer 8.5.0R. I
am
running behind a Router and have it in passv mode with ports
21, and
20,000-21,000 forwarded. So far in my limited tests I can
access the
directories but when I try to download, the download never
completes.
It stays at 100% but never finishs.
I am also experiencing a problem when trying to download
more than one
file, or a parent directory with other files in it. If I try
to use
the same connection to download it stalls and won't recieve
any data,
but if I set it to open another connection it will only get
a small
part of the files and stall. I think that whatever is
causing the
download problem is also causing this problem, since it
doesn't seem
to close the connection after downloading.
Also, when someone tries to download I notice the NFServer
says that
there are numerous users connected even though it is about
8-12
connections from the same user trying to download something.
Is there
any way to fix that?
Sincerely,
Jake
