Engine Freeze Problem Not fixed in Latest Beta 1

Hello,

I really wonder how you define the IP rule. It works here
with the rule 
entry as 72.49.xxx.xxx.

1. Add HTTP domain filter
2. Block only domains below
3. Add an entire IP range of a domain to block like
72.49.0.0-
72.49.255.255
4. Apply and save
5. Get accessed by an IP in that range
6. BAM! 100% CPU Engine usage
7. Start GUI, click Actions tab, click disconnect all,
removes IP but
comes right back
8. Only way to return to normal CPU usage is to stop and
restart server
with Status tab
