IQWF beta 2

Hello Gorkem,

if you want us to 'beta'-test then you should tell us what was changed
and find a way to make it easy to check the version of the download.
Your way of popping up new versions looks like try and error ... and
thats how I test your SW. Then please don't wonder about the report!
If you can't reproduce the up- and download problems please ask me,
you are free to test with my server/files as most of the ftp-problems
were found by my users :-(

Next I'll try the ftp upload problem of files bigger than 2GB...

BTW. changing a toot-tip shouldn't be a problem at all!!! Try to catch
the low hanging fruits, too.
