Change File Name of fcf files

Gorkem,

A migrater is good (it should be trivial for you). But the name
change should be on new release.

XP recognizes the " - " and can handle it. In my tests, Win200 Pro
(and I assume older versions) cannot handle it (like type, find,
findstr, rename; to name a few).
