considering the D200 has been released a few years ago, I was wondering
if anyone had a clue about the product release cycle for ths line and
what is coming next... a D200x ? A D300 ? when ? and what new or
enhanced features would be driving the release..

What it will weigh?

I heard that Nikon is in advanced consultations with the government
of Fiji regarding provision of pygmy lens-bearers for future lens
releases, and possibly with NASA for one of those gizmos that crawl
around Martian terrain, for transporting the camera itself ...
