Jim,
I guess I just don't get it. Has nobody ever heard the saying "to
each his own"? You are welcome to have whatever connection speed you
have available to you and, you can look at whatever websites YOU want
to. I also have the right to construct a web site the way I want to
and If you are not able to view that site, that really is not my
problem. I'm not trying to be rude or mean spirited, I am just trying
to do my thing my way. If that is what you call elitism, I make no
apologies.

You have started up a new tree, here. NO-ONE has denied your RIGHT to
do anything. The comments have related to your not considering a
portion of the audience.

I won't even comment about full-quoting or answering questions before
they are presented......

Absolutely true.

Absolutely true.

Unless, of course, you want some of the 40+% of American households without
broadband to be able to view your beautiful pictures.

If you do not care about them, that IS elitism....

Is the point of creating such a website to be able to say, "Hey, I think
I'm a great photographer, and I made a great web-site"?

Or is it more like, "I'd *really* like all of you to look at my pictures"?
