Hi,
A note on flash versus non-flash.
I have absolutely no problem with it.
I've seen some sights that do a really
marvelous and innovative job with it.
My wife and I have separate PC's.
We have together a dsl line coming
into the house. Speed is not an issue
and I go to flash sites with some
regularity.
My wife doesn't have flash installed.
As a matter of fact she installs very
little on her PC other than that which
is absolutely necessary. She sets
extremely high security levels. She
does not accept html email.
So, in other words, it isn't only speed
that causes some people to not use flash.
Some people are extremely cautious and,
if you will, a little paranoid, possibly
with reasonably good basis. So, so far,
my web site, except for a few pages, does
not use flash because my wife will ignore
it. ;<)
Just thought I would mention this other group
of people. It's probably a fairly small
group but I don't know that for sure.
By the way, she has a BS in programming
and worked in programming for a number of
years.
