I use PhotoMechanic by Camerabits (http://www.camerabits.com) it's an
excellent program and the developers keep developing it further and listen to
suggestions (they have a forum where you talk directly to the developers!)

Very import to note is that Photomechanic is one of the only applications that
allows you to embed IPTC/XMP data into a RAW file.
