Your sample does not display noise. What is it that you believe is
noise exhibited in the photo. If noise is present, you have downsized
the photo enough to hide it. I can see some artifacts after enlarging
the view about 200%.

I agree with Patrick's analysis. I didn't see noise either. The image
may need a touch of sharpening.
