Thanks to everyone for your prayers and support. So far we are still
outside the evacuation areas. The fire has slowed due to reduced wind
speeds, but it is still marching west, toward the coast. Jeanne and I
are packed and ready to evacuate with our dogs and cats if the need
arises. Our prayers go out to those who have already suffered losses.
We can't express how much we appreciate the the many hundreds of
heroes on the front line of these devastating fires. As horrible as
the losses have been so far, things would be much worse if not for
their courage and hard work. Once again, thanks to everyone and we
will keep you updated as the day progresses.
