Manager (For
software development life cycles)

The successful candidate will have:
* 5+ years experience as a project manager in the software/web development
industry
* Lead the successful delivery of client and company projects
* Be responsible for the on-time, within budget delivery of custom development
projects from requirements definition phase through testing and rollout
* Understand all technical design principles as well as the creative process
* Develop comprehensive product requirement documents, plans and roadmaps
* Ensure that project implementation is consistent with company and client
requirements
* Develop strategies to help achieve company objectives
* Identify and mitigate risks and offer solutions
* Document all communications, status reports, requirements & designs
* Communicate necessary information to team members, management, and clients
* Work with all areas of the company to ensure readiness for project delivery
* Establish and maintain relationships with staff members of all levels and in
all departments of the company
* Conduct meetings with the project team and drive the agenda and resolutions
* Prepare and run project reviews and take action on improvement areas
* Manage project time tracking for each engineer and designer
* Allocate resources effectively to maintain project level and company wide
profitability
* Ability to manage scope properly and maintain strong client relationships
* Strong consulting craft and client side skills preferred
* Experience with P&L preferred
This person will have strong leadership skills and ability to interact with all
employees and management and foster cross-functional teamwork among all
departments and companies. Other qualities highly recommended are: Flexibility
and willingness to adapt to individual project requirements; effective written,
verbal, presentation and communication skills; strong technical skills with an
ability to quickly assimilate new ideas and concepts; highly skilled at
multi-tasking in a rapidly paced environment; proven track record of meeting
deadlines; understanding of the software development life cycle. This
individual should have a minimum of five years experience successfully managing
multiple projects on-time in a software development or technology oriented company.
A Bachelors degree is required.
