Axion's
client is a dynamic, sizable and cutting edge company in New York City...We have
direct relationships with the hiring manager and CIO.
They are in search
of talented and WELL ROUNDED Web Developers. Target pay rate $35 -
$40/hour...minimum of 40 hours per week...OT available if desired. Contract
length is open ended and talented developers will likely be there a very long
time.
You must have a mix of and be current in Cold Fusion ( coldfusion
) and PHP.
You will be
involved in the maintenance and development of our clients web content.
You will work closely with web designers and other developers.
You must be comfortable working with diverse web technologies and a mix
of environments.
Skills
Required:
• Experience in
server side scripting: ColdFusion MX 6&7 and PHP
• Knowledge of the
technical challenges in building an HTML/CSS/JavaScript site experience that
supports all currently active browsers.
• Basic UNIX skills (Linux, Solaris)
desirable; Simple Unix shell commands, telnet, ftp… and Shell scripting, bash,
tcsh, or ksh.
• Experience in server side scripting: JSP, ASP, and ASP.NET
• Programming/Scripting Languages: Java, Perl, Visual Basic
• Content
Management Systems (CMS)
