fill a Director of Engineering position on our Optimost product line. The individual
will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining Optimost technologies.
More specifically he/she will:
* Mentor and manage our talented team of
software developers in the architecture and implementation of sound and solid,
scalable code.
* Work with the other technical teams throughout the organization to develop
best practices, procedures and guidelines.
* Guide the technical direction of the company through expertise and experience.
* Design and develop software in a highly efficient, simple, scalable
environment
* Work with Business leaders across the
organization to help prioritize our product development roadmap
* Recruit other top talent

Required
Skills:
* 10+ years
of Software Development experience
* 5+ years hands-on engineering management or software architecture experience
* HTML, JavaScript, Linux, MySQL and PHP
* SOA or REST experience desired
* JSON with XML or AJAX,
preferably with serialization experience
* Basic knowledge of server tuning or optimization required
* AGILE and SCRUM methodologies preferred
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or similar
field.
