Plugin 20097: WindWeb <= 2.0 DoS; Patch to fix banner matching

This patch changes the regular expression for matching the
banner. The
original expression, "^Server:
+WindWeb/([01].|2.0$)", didn't match
with the headers attached (windweb.txt). The patch changes
the "$" to
"[^0-9]".
