duplicate AMD k8 MSR definitions

Hi,

I just noticed that AMD K8 (Opteron, ...) MSR definitions
are
duplicated in `sys/arch/amd64/include/specialreg.h' and
`sys/arch/x86/include/specialreg.h'.

Ok to apply the attached patch ?
