Okay, then maybe icu (i8259 PIC) fixes are actually
required,
since interrupt lines of the PCI slot on Qube are connected
to
the PIC and current icu code might cause possible lost
interrupts.

I'll rearrange the patch to make pullups to netbsd-3 branch
easier.
