lfs on boot media

hi,

since the switch of i386 to boot from CD without floppy
emulation and
the addition of INSTALL_LARGE, we are no longer on such a
tight space
constraint.

  Any objections to adding LFS support to our install media,
at least
i386 INSTALL_LARGE?

Absolutely not, please do ! But please make sure that the
2.88MB image
still builds fine. There are still some devices that can be
moved
from INSTALL to INSTALL_LARGE I suspect, which should give
enough
space for LFS tools in the ramdisk.
