Make sure you have my latest sources: 
http:
//www.feyrer.de/Misc/landisk-miniroot3.tgz

With that, make an INSTALL kernel first, then run
nbmake-landisk in 
src/distrib/landdisk, then in src/distrib/miniroot. You
possibly need to 
re-enable IMAGEPOSTBUILD in
src/distrib/landisk/Makefile.inc.

I'm not sure this is enough - Nick (skrll) Hudson mentioned
that he made 
some further progress, but I don't know details. Nick?

I've got eveything setup so that I can build.sh to create a
boot.fs - 
miniroot isn't what we want here.

The sysinst doesn't create a bootable disk as yet.
