How do I create a bootable NetBSD/amd64 CD with mkisofs? It
seems there
is already a small bootable ISO but it doesn't include the
stuff I need
on our installation CDs.

How can I create my own _bootable_ CD, i.e. what is the boot
image to
use with mkisofs?
