E450 install

I'm trying to install 3.0.1 on an e450 that I have. During
the install 
my machine prints

NetBSD IEEE 1275 Boot
.. (hang)

I feel comfortable with most sun hardware, I have NetBSD
running on my 
e250 and FreeBSD running on my Ultra 10 but the e450
confounds me.

I think some more configuration detail is necessary to
provide hints. At 
least OPB Version and machine setup (processors, ram etc.)
