bin/36379 : internal limits somewhere in systrace

Hi all.
Can anybody pay attention to PR bin/36379 (1 month old).
It seems that systrace is broken somewhere and is usable in
simple
situations only.

I short, in some cases systraced process is killed with
signal KILL.
