ndiscvt failed to build

I just now committed a fix which does the alternative of
prefixing inf-parse.y with ${.CURDIR}/.

Thanks for fixing this stuff for me, perhaps I should have
held off on 
committing ndiscvt until I had all this stuff figured out.
