CARP Documentation

Hey folks,

Would anyone be willing to bring over the CARP documentation
from OpenBSD? It's under the BSD License so its just the
task
of putting it into our format (which is the problem, I have
never
worked on documentation). I think you guys could do a much
better job than me 

If anyone wishes to do just let me know. If no one steps up
in the following days I'll begin it myself
