Update of NetBSD/xen-howto (xml) timestamp 200611050115

Hi,

I'd update the german translation and the original
NetBSD/Xen-howto because:
1. I found some typos in the german translation
2. At http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/research/srg/netos/xen/down
loads.html is no
    Link for downloading any xen-2.0.x-install.tgz anymore.
    Now there is a http download site at 
http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/research/srg/netos/xen/download
s/
3. The xen-2.0.x-install.tgz files seem to be renamed to 
xen-2.0.x-install-x86_32.tgz

The xml-File and the diff outputs can be downloaded from
