Hi

During dochathon I found this error in our xml files. Most
of them points here:
<!DOCTYPE webpage
  PUBLIC "-//NetBSD//DTD Website-based NetBSD
Extension//EN"
g/share/xml/website-netbsd.dtd">

But this link is incorrect, good location is here

<!DOCTYPE webpage
  PUBLIC "-//NetBSD//DTD Website-based NetBSD
Extension//EN"
uot;>

Also our website-netbsd.dtd needs some changes to properly
include entities files.

Please review my patch.

Entities (and any other XML documents) should be located
well via
catalog URI rewriting. If you can't find something, please
check
your catalog files.

See also misc/34542.

P.S. I'm not arguing to keep currently used URI paths
either.
