Dear NetBSD users,
we are currently performing a number of changes to the
NetBSD website
and online documentation on www.NetBSD.org. I hope to get
all changes
done today. I'll also post an overview about what has
changed once I'm
finished.

Sorry for any inconveniences this might cause, and thanks
for your
patience.

Regards,
Daniel

All of the structural changes seem to be done now. I'm still
busy
fixing internal links, but, hopefully, this should not
affect you and
your bookmarks. I placed according redirects pointing to the
new
locations.

The page

http://w
ww.netbsd.org/erros/index.html#moved

contains an overview about which documents have moved
where.

If you encounter any problems please send a notice either
directly to
<wwwNetBSD.org> or using

http://www
.netbsd.org/cgi-bin/feedback.cgi

Kind regards,
Daniel Sieger

Grmpf, this should have been

http://
www.netbsd.org/errors/index.html#moved

But, you'd be redirected to the correct page anyway.

Hi,
You've done a lot of excellent changes. What about
"homepage" and "How
to get NetBSD" (http://www.netbsd.org/
and
http://www.netbsd.org
/releases/ respectively)?

My projects of the two pages can be found on my WWW:

htt
p://pp.kv.net.pl/temp/getnbsd.pp/pp_index.html
http:
//pp.kv.net.pl/temp/homepage.pp/index.html

You can select "good" fragments discarding the
"bad" ones.

But I especially want to point to the first hyperlink (How
to get
NetBSD). I think your descriptive texts/hyperlinks used in
html "list"
are superfluous. My equivalents for "Formal
releases" and
NetBSD-current" are more clear and understandable from
the first look
then yours as the task of "proper message passing"
is concerned.

Don't pay attention to all the options, I didn't correlate
them to the
latest changes in official pages of NetBSD WWW.

But of course De gustibus non est disputandum.

Regards,
pp
