HELP compiling with ALTQ

I was getting this:

   # pfctl -e
   No ALTQ support in kernel
   ALTQ related functions disabled
   pf enabled
   
Which seemed like it needed ALTQ?

No, it's just saying it did disable altq functions, but pf
itself should work.
