a problem building system with build.sh

Hi All!

I have a problem building system with build.sh

when I ran ./build.sh tools in /usr/src/
It stops at the point

dependall ===> texinfo
/usr/src/tools/texinfo/../../gnu/dist/texinfo/configure: 1:
Syntax  
error: ")" unexpected

the file /gnu/dist/textinfo/configure is a binary file.

I am making NetBSD 3.1 source tree synced with CVS
