hpcboot

How do people rebuild hpcboot, just copy /usr/src onto the
Windows machine
or is there a smaller subset that will work ?

src/sys and src/common

A smaller subset will do, but I find it faster to slurp the
whole
subdir instead of spending time thinking what is needed and
what is
not. 

PS: WinSCP is great program to automate resursive sync over
ssh.
