At least over here, LC PDS adapters with 10BaseT are quite
rare. Until the
mid-nineties, most shops went with cheapernet still.  My
LC475 would love
to have one, but shipping costs are probably prohibitive
from overseas...

Surface shipping (slow, I know) can't be _that_ terribly
expensive for 
just a card.  With packaging it's probably still only half a
kilo.
