Thread: Current can't exec anything

Current can't exec anything

I just tried to update userland on my machine (running a
-current kernel
already), but the update completely broke.

An easy way to test is to boot the netbsd-INSTALL.gz kernel
from the
autobuild:

NetBSD 4.99.45 (INSTALL) #0: Wed Dec 26 04:31:36 PST 2007
        buildswb46:/home/builds/ab/HEAD/mac68k/200712260002Z-obj/ho
me/builds/ab/HEAD/src/sys/arch/mac68k/compile/INSTALL

hangs when execing init.

Is it special to my machine? Anyone got any ideas?

For everyone not into low-level fun: better not update right
now

Martin

Duh, stupid me - of course it already hangs when reading
date/time from adb
on cuda, so this was not a good test. Would be interesting
to know if this
works for people with other adbs though.
