postinstall and motd check

This doesn't look right. Why does this fail?


$ uname -r
4.99.55

$ /usr/sbin/postinstall -s /usr/src check motd
Source directory: /usr/src
Target directory: /
motd check:
        Bug reporting messages do not seem to match the
installed release
postinstall checks passed:
postinstall checks failed: motd
To fix, run:
    /usr/sbin/postinstall -s /usr/src -d / fix motd


$ grep 'web int' /etc/motd    
use the web interface at: http://www
.NetBSD.org/support/send-pr.html
