gcc4 on prep

Just a quick note.  I updated CVS as of yesterday afternoon,
and cross-built
tools and a GENERIC kernel for prep from my i386 machine
with HAVE_GCC=4 set.

The resulting kernel worked fine, and loaded NFS root.  The
userland is still a
rather ancient one, but the kernel itself seems to work just
fine.  I haven't
done any extensive testing with it, but it seems to at least
have most basic
functionality.
