It looks like rtk(4) devices don't support that (no big
surprise there).
I'm sorry but you have to get a decent ethernet card.
See e.g. ex(4) (using "man 4 ex"), epic(4) or
fxp(4) for 100Mb/s NICs
which support that. Or buy a Gigabit Ethernet card
preferably with an
Intel chip supported by wm(4) or a RealTek card supported by
re(4) if
you are on a really tight Budget.
