I've seen something similar on a dell here when testing the
console:
it happens with 4.99.20, but not 4.99.19. I suspect some
changes in between
cause interrupts loss ...

usb keyboard,

Having the same problem on 4.99.20 and 4.99.21 Xen.  This
doesn't happen on both GENERIC kernel, though.

This may be related to "read_psl() == 0" panic
problem.
Both are started from 4.99.20 and related to interrupts.

I was looking at modifications between 5/17 14:20 UTC
(4.99.19 working fine) and 5/18 00:00 UTC (4.99.20 having
both problems) but not find any evidences.
