OK, I can't reproduce this. Are you using all available
memory,
either in the domain0, or in the Xen system ?

From here the easiest way to debug this would be with a
serial console.
From serial console we can sent commands to the hypervisor
(after the
3 ^A), 'r' and 'q' would probably be the ones usefull
here.
