ddb(4) patch

May I suggest the following patch (or one similar) to
hopefully answer
a FAQ and save some xen users the time searching the mail
archives.

Assuming that this is really trapped by the Xen domU kernel
and not by the 
xen console management software, I have committed this
(after testing;
Xen works fine in qemu .
