Message ("An error occurred while logging mail to the...")

I'm receiving the following error while trying to send a
test message to 
the newly created list TCSLJ-ROOM5.  It appears to be a
server related 
issue.  I've trying freeing the list a couple of times, but
receive the 
same error.  Please advise on how to correct this.

TCSLJ-ROOM5" command when
you want the message to be reprocessed.

Hello Ben,

This error was caused because the E:\LISTS\TCSLJ-ROOM5\
directory was
missing.  It has been created and your list was freed.
